Please include a copy of the packing list with the shipment. Please indicate on the packing list whether you want to return or exchange the product(s). If making an exchange, please indicate which item/size you'd like instead.
Our returns/exchanges department can take anywhere from 2-3 business weeks to process a return/exchange during this very hectic time of year.
If you'd like to speed this process up, please send a return tracking number to confirm your order is on it's way back to customer service.
Customer is responsible for returning the order. We recommend using USPS $5 flat rate fee offered at your local post office.
Please contact us if there was an error on our part and we will work out a resolution with the customer which may include a paid return label or a FedEx call tag to pick up the incorrect item.
A refund can only be issued 90 days after purchase. Our system deletes this information after 90 days to protect from fraud.
Refunds will be issued to the card used to make the purchase. Our returns department can take 2-3 weeks to process a return during our busy season. The customer will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
